Sometimes you have to step back from the real estate nitty gritty and remember why it is that we choose to make the extra effort today. Thanks to rental real estate, neither of my parents have had to work since 1976. By the way, I was born in '81. I'm not there myself, but I've seen what freedom affords you; most importantly, time spent doing what you're passionate about.
