Unlimited Question and Answer
Our “claim to fame” is offering all of our Financial Freedom Program members unlimited access to our team of real estate investing mentors from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Each mentor is actively investing in real estate and is considered an expert in the field of real estate investing.
Weekly Guest Speakers
Keep up on the latest developments in the real estate economy with weekly classes taught by experts in their fields. Topics include: CPAs on accounting and tax issues, attorneys on asset protection and real estate law, contractors in air conditioning, foundation, roofing, painting, and all other aspects of real estate investing. Attend these classes live if you live near-by or watch the videos online.
Monthly Case-Studies
Every month, we gather to celebrate the success of several of our members on case study night. Members volunteer to go in-front of the group and “open up their books”. Single and Multi-Family investors describe exactly how they executed a profitable deal. Attend live or view the video online.
Additional Benefits
Intensive 2-Day Live Seminar Membership includes a seat at an information-packed weekend outlining the natural progression of the real estate investor; starting with single-family on the first day, all the way through owning a virtual 500 unit apartment complex. The seminar is available once a month in each of our offices. Hotel discounts are available for out-of-town members.
Youth Financial Freedom Program
This program is geared toward youth ages 12-18 and is free to children of our members. They will learn the same concepts and principles as the FFP members in a fun and entertaining way. If you would like your children to learn the concepts to financial wealth and management this program is a wonderful opportunity.
Challenge
Graduates of the FFP program may consider the Challenge program. It matches you one-on-one with a Lifestyles Unlimited mentor. You also have access to Lifestyles Realty agents who are specifically trained to represent Lifestyles Unlimited members investing the Lifestyles Unlimited way. This program is excellent for people who are purchasing single family properties and would like the confidence and help that comes from experienced mentors and agents.
Preferred Investor Group (PIG)
Affectionately called the PIG program, the Preferred Investor Group is tailored for the more advanced investor who has graduated from the FFP program. You are matched one-on-one with a Lifestyles Unlimited mentor and Lifestyles Realty agents just as with the Challenge program. In addition you are paired with mentors who are deeply experienced with multi-family investing and management, including high volume single-family property investing. This program is excellent for people who are purchasing multi-family units, partnering in multi-family deals, or doing a high number of single family properties.
