		<description>Is this advice applicable to every market? Because your example of a &quot;bread and butter&quot; deal is like nothing I&#039;ve ever heard of in the Seattle area... From what I&#039;ve seen, such a house would rent for upwards of $1500/mo (unless located an hour or so away from any employers) and I can&#039;t imagine the mortgage would be any more reasonable... I&#039;m just beginning to learn about mortgages, though. Could it be that these landlords are making a killing out here? Or is it something else entirely? I&#039;m trying to figure this area out to see if investment is possible at some point...</description>
