Following the addition of 50,000 jobs last quarter, The Houston Business Journal reports on a Sigma Bleyzer study naming Texas “among the 10 largest states with the lowest unemployment.”
Known as one of the top states for population growth, Texas’s “long-term demand for housing” should boost the recovery of residential housing.
Dallas and Houston also hold a large percentage of America’s biggest cities’ “new privately owned housing units”- a further indication of Texas’s strong economy.
