Until something better comes along, other states should be studying and modeling the strategies here. A perfect storm like this is not going to come along again for many of us in our lifetimes. Now is the time to be acquiring property in Texas while you can still do it and capture $25,000 equity almost every time. If you don't know how to do it, attend some workshops and events in your area and get moving. This way you won't have to look back with regret and say: "I wish I could go back to 2009 and 10. I'd buy a bunch of those houses that were for sale $30 and 40 thousand below market. I'd have cash flow and wealth that I control. This stock market crash of 201? would not have hurt my family so much." How many of you said that about the late 80's? Do you like living with regret? Only action today can prevent it.
