Stop Listening to Negativity

I do want to thank all of the BizRadio listeners that have visited the website in the last few days. We have had a record number of people visit the website. We’ve had a record number of people watch the Video Case Study: 3657. The next highest is 1300 visits to this little 2 1/2 minute video.

We are making money

I like to start off with a little smart-ass comment, if you will, that is: a lot of people are out there complaining about the stock market, their 401ks, their IRAs, Obama, government, this, that, and the other. Karen Davis is out there making money.

Now, let me expand on that by saying Natalie is out there making money, Trent is out there money, the staff in Dallas/Ft Worth are out there making money, the members are buying real estate.

Stop listening to negativity

See, when you watch all that garbage and negativity that’s out there all day, you don’t realize that people are not sitting there listening to the same negativity, they are out there doing something. The video is the perfect little 2 1/2 minute, where you see a 28 year old girl with 6 properties between her and her boyfriend.

They accumulated 1500 a month cashflow after all expenses, don’t call me on this and ask me “will you break those down”… it’s ALL expenses. Total equity capture in the last year: $140,000.

Now, all the poor speculators in the stock market, wherever… they all lost 40% of their portfolio. She took took her portfolio from basically nothing to $140,000.
