Housing Predictor projects the top 10 real estate markets for 2009. Texas shows up twice on the list with Amarilo at #1 and Austin at #8. Their forecast favors smaller markets with prospects for growth.
AP Writers Predicting Housing Bottom
An AP article this month predicted that we have reached the bottom of the housing recession. The article points out that Texas has all but skirted the recession compared to other parts of the country.
