The change in mindset is the most difficult part. People think, &quot;If all my friends and family are investing in a 401k, how could they all be wrong?&quot; I thought the same thing, too! It takes courage and action to make the switch.  Unfortunately, even though everyone wants financial freedom, most people aren&#039;t willing to make the change for the better. They have become too comfortable with status quo and the fear of something new and challenging is holding them back.</description>

		<description>Hello; Steve you are correct.You should see how corporation try to enroll as much as employes in there 401 k plan and dubed benefits because they were matching some percent.But they cut the matching and still wanted those that did not enroll to meet and convince them.What is the real reason corporation have insisted in these 401 k? Is the reason they stop matching due to they also are aware it is money thown away but the keep some kind of tax benefit?
  P.S.I am in the middle readiing &quot;Incresing your financial I.Q. from kiyosaki and you just nailed part of the book.</description>
