It all started with a friendly wager. Chip told Kelley that he would clean out their home’s detached room if she could get it rented. Later that night, she had a renter willing to move in that weekend, and in the process, a much bigger idea was born. This is the story of how a mother of three walked a road nobody she knew had and came out of it with a multimillion dollar apartment community.
