Love listening to the podcasts when Jeff hosts because he’s got his own intelligent perspective on how to do real estate investing.
However … I can’t *hear* the guy even with the volume cranked up during my NYC commute. Steve, Lynn, David and Natalie all come through clear as a bell, but I’m missing Jeff’s shows because he’s such a soft spoken guy. Lean into the mike a bit, bud! ;-)
