Want to volunteer this year? We would love to have you back for another year of fun in the sun, networking, and raising money for a good cause. A few good changes that you may want to know….we will have BINGO for non players with great gift cards as prizes. So bring the family. We will also have a bouncy house for kids that want to come and hang out as well. This is really a family event! Not to mention the fun with the auction. The action items will be listed ahead of time for viewing as well.
Volunteers get free food again as a small token of your appreciation.
We will be more organized and know hoe to use you this year. Thank you for your patience last year!
Also something new this year so more networking and give back to the players /volunteers and sponsors …
PEP RALLY-March 6th at LUI 6:30-8:30
Come hang out we will have a raffle for those in attendance to “The Madison Condo Suites” on the Riverwalk in San Antonio. This event is for players, volunteers, and sponsors. We will serve food and beer! So come out and celebrate. If you plan on attending please let me know so we can order the correct amount of food, beer and wine. You must be registered or bring your registration with you.
Thank you for supporting Courtney’s Crusade… Reliant Stadium has o.k. the AED’s and all 20 should be in before the rodeo this year! See where your donations are going….
Any questions please let me know. If you would like to volunteer/donate/BINGO it just let me know as well. The bingo will go with the BBQ-35 for an individual and $50 for 2. You can also purchase more tickets. This isn’t your grandmas BINGO. :)
