Are You Taking Action, or Are You a Tire-Kicker?

We were here a couple of weekends ago, after the two-day… just talking about how this changes people’s lives. That’s what we try to do, we help to change people’s lives…

…and then it happens.

It definitely happens. So, it’s just a compliment to Del, and doing the two day workshop over and over and over again, giving back, it’s just incredible.

This is one of the best, if not the greatest time to buy real estate and create financial freedom for your family.

Excitement and Energy

Today I got a call from a new member, someone who had just joined, a couple…. they were very excited to join Lifestyles. They wanted to get going, so they wanted to come in and get an initial consultation. As we finished with our conversation, she said, “I’m going to be a pest, I’m going to keep bugging you, You’re going to get annoyed with me.”

Two Areas

And I said, “No, I won’t.” Really, it’s separated into two different areas. If you do the education and work your business, and you listen to your mentors and you listen to people who have done this before and you follow their lead…

It’s real simple: just follow the lead of people with the right map.

If somebody comes to me and is continuing to ask me questions as they are improving their business and making deals and moving forward… that’s never bugging me too much. That’s not bugging me period.

Tire Kickers

When people are, say, “tire kickers.”

“I want to do this, I want to be a real estate investor…. but…

That can get tiresome if they are not taking action, if they’re listening to others that have done it, but they still can’t take action.

So there are really two groups: those that are getting after it, and those that are kicking the tires.

A lot of people are confused!! There is too much information out there. Some are paralyzed by analysis, studying and studying and NEVER doing anything.

Kevin, when deciding to buy real estate it’s like any other major decision in life. You can either tip toe around, beat around the bush, kick tires, etc. Or you can make a decision, then MAKE IT the right decision.

A new member who calls you repeatedly for advice isn’t bothersome, that’s somebody who is making her decision the right one rather than questioning if she made the right decision.
