If you have a belief of why real estate wouldn’t work for you, it had to have come from one of two sources:
The first one is you made it up. Now that one sounds ridiculous at first, but it’s not. People have a protection mechanism, and you make stuff up to keep yourself from taking action because if you never try you never fail, do you?
And that fear of failure makes us make stuff up like saying oh, I’ve heard real estate goes up and down, I’ve heard this, I’ve heard that, all those bogus little lies you tell yourself.
The most common source though is if you’ve ever been told by somebody that real estate won’t work, that information had to have come from a failure because could a successful real estate investor tell you that real estate doesn’t work?
In two sentences I actually just gave you the secret to all success in life. What? What in the… Yeah. It’s called don’t talk to anybody about what you’re trying to do except for people who are successfully doing what you’re trying to do.
