Today my guest is going to be Calvin Brown with Credit Strategies. I’m sure you’ve listened to Financially Speaking with Calvin on Wednesdays at 1:00. We’re going to be talking with Calvin for the next hour.
Now, you know Calvin is a credit strategist. He helps people with their credit. He can help you use credit to help—well, with many aspects of your life including purchasing real estate for investment property reasons. He can is also help you with just getting other things, making sure you get your credit lined up. It’s important to have good credit, you know. It’s not going to be the end of the world if you don’t have it, but man, it sure makes things a lot easier and you save a lot of cash when you’ve got good credit.
Well, you ever had that situation where you had one of those gigantic “I told you so’s,” and you really feel bad about wanting to say it? It’s an egotistical thing to want to say “I told you so.” However, in my business the “I told you so’s” also prove to be an education for many people. So in this case I’m going to go ahead and give you the big gigantic “I told you so.”
Yes, I said your “coach” today because I would like to get you on the sideline here with me on this big giant football game of life and put some new plays in your playbook.
Some new plays that might change your life radically, maybe even increase your net worth by a million dollars or increase your annual income by a hundred thousand bucks a year.
It’s an interesting thing that people do not believe that they can actually make major changes in their life, so they don’t attempt the changes. And in hearing that, those who are not wishing to do it always seem to want to criticize those that are willing to do it. We see that all the time.
